No evictions. No open bankruptcy. If discharged bankruptcy exists, any credit obtained afterwards must be in current standing. No open tax liens. If these exist, applicant must have established additional credit that is in good current standing.
Utilities are the residents responsibility. Gas and water will be paid to the leasing office and DTE will be in the residents name and they will pay directly.
During business hours residents can call the leasing office. After business hours you can put in a maintenance request online. For emergencies there is an after hours contact.
Residents will be pro-rated for the time they move in. Resident will also pay $500 for the Security Deposit as well as the $75.00 administration fee. Gas and water will also be pro-rated based on the move in day.
